All guest rooms offer complimentary high speed WiFi and Sky TV.  Ohtel is operating our Ohtel Safe Place programme, ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and safety are adhered to.

Check In Instructions

We are looking forward to welcoming you.  Please note that payment is due upon arrival at the property, unless this has been settled in advance.  If you are arriving after reception closes, please contact us on 0800 309 676 as detailed in your confirmation email before arrival to obtain your after hours contactless check in instructions.

Car Parking

We do not have any onsite parking, however we can offer discounted secure parking at nearby Te Papa National Museum, which costs $30 per day with a 2-metre height restriction.  Passes for this can be collected from Reception. If you are arriving after hours, please let us know prior to arrival by email, to confirm if you would like to have parking added to your booking and this will be included in your arrival envelope.  Alternatively, there is paid on street parking available in the area.

Payment

Please note that payment is due on arrival at the property.  Payment by credit card will incur a credit card surcharge fee of 2%.

For security purposes a valid credit card and ID will be required at the time of check in.  If a credit card is unavailable, then a $500 cash deposit will be required as a bond.

If you are arriving after hours, your nominated credit card will be charged for the total accommodation cost, unless charge back has been authorised for your booking.  After hours access will also be emailed to you for access to the property.
